Welcome to CapFlick. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CapFlick mobile game, website, and related online services. By downloading, installing, or playing CapFlick, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CapFlick. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. User Accounts

You may play as a Guest or sign in using supported providers such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

3. Gameplay & Fair Play

We want CapFlick to remain enjoyable for everyone. You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, hacks or automation software.
• Modify or reverse engineer the game.
• Abuse matchmaking systems.
• Exploit bugs for unfair advantages.
• Use offensive, hateful or abusive usernames.
• Harass or threaten other players.

4. Virtual Items

CapFlick includes virtual currencies, cosmetic caps, unlockable content and optional premium purchases. These virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform.

6. Advertisements

Free users may see rewarded advertisements. Watching these ads may grant optional in-game rewards.

7. Intellectual Property

All game artwork, music, sound effects, source code, logos, trademarks, animations, gameplay mechanics, designs and content remain the exclusive property of CapFlick and its creators.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

CapFlick is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free gameplay.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CapFlick and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

11. Updates

We may release updates that change gameplay, features or these Terms. Continued use of CapFlick after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer operates, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
